I dont know anyone there but in the cities I went to, I googled english translators in Kherson. Just do it in your city and something should come up. You should have several contacts set up ahead of time in case some problem arises. Trust me, that seems to happen unexpectedly and having someone I was able to call for advise or translation was a life saver! Several times I needed translation and my contact did not answer,so I simply called another one. So having back ups is a really good idea.
