Pakistani Father! trying to move to Vilinus

1 - I think i was bit emotional yesterday.
2 - with your reply i think I pictured the whole thing very wrong.

@ Gediminas: no way I want to enter somewhere illegaly that is just out of question, what I was trying to ask was to help me out actaully with the resources as;

- living in Vilinus as a family
- cost of living for a family of 5
- monthly salary of a white color job
- oppertunities in the banking sector
- education
- health care facilities
- minority groups survival

and the list goes on. besides my strong emphsis is on that EU 12000, is that the actaul cost of migrating to Lithuania?
