Hi. My brother is now in Istanbul on an Education Visa, but he is not comfortable with the surroundings there. He plans to leave Turkey next week if nothing works out for him.

Since, Residence Permit has to be applied in 1 month duration, is it possible that he leaves Istanbul within 30 days, or do he need some sort of Exit Visa / Exit Stamp done ?

he does not need anything if he leaves the country within 30 days.
