Need an apartment

I will be arriving in a week or more teaching at Dhofar University, and will need an apartment or flat.

I am looking for a furnished apartment with AC and satelite for 250 OMR/ month or less (furniture need not be new). I would prefer a 2 br, but would also go for a nice 1br. Only things like a communal swimmng pool would want me to pay more than 250 OMR.

I would prefer a villa over a flat.
I would prefer an apartment near Dhoar which looks like it is an area called Al Haffah In Salalah.

I may be arriving as soon as Wednesday, the 13th of February.

Any help would be appreciated.
