Hang your bedding out in the sunlight. This will kill the bugs. Do the same with your mattress, turning it over to expose the whole thing to the sun.

An afternoon of your mattress on the balcony should help. We had them during the summer, but they weren't very persistent. We set off a bug bomb and stayed out for the day and they were gone.

Never happened this kind of problem for my last 10 years. Even I forgot when did I see cocoroches last time.
