Salam,
I dont know weather KSA center will be open or not but I have heard about the policy of oversease centers.
If the student strength reaches 50(i think) in a Stage , then they will allow admissions and exams otherwise not.
You should refer to website for contact information or call Karachi office for availability of exam center in Riyadh.
I have did CMA from Pakistan if you want to know more about CMA do tej me

No.
In which stage it is? Now course has changed.
When i did it was In first stage, there was merchantile law. That was a like general business law and labour parctices.

i know..my thats paper was exempted.. its newly added in stage 2.. so due to cocurse revised..i've to give all the new papers

now there are 18 previous holded 21 anyways best of luck.
