hi everyone. I am currently in tunisia right now to visit my fiance and we decide to get married but i need a authorization of marriage from the philippine embassy or consulate because i am currently holding a philippine passport but i am a permanent resident in canada. is anyone knows any philippine office here in tunisia to get the certain document? thats the only document that i need. please if anyone has any information i would gladly appreciate it thanks
