Hello everyone,
My name is Imran. I work as an economist in a research organization in Bangladesh. I have recently received work permit and am planning to move to New Zealand in the first week of February 2013. I am planning to move to Auckland. However, being new with absolutely no idea other than googling websites, I was wondering if anyone could help me in terms of suggesting the best way to find accommodation? I will be travelling with my wife. Also what are some relatively cheap hotels which I could maybe get into once i arrive at Auckland?

www.trademe.co.nz is the biggest website in the country for all things including accommodation and jobs. Start with that and see how you go.
