May be it is the last and best choice to go with pride to Australia.
It is very costly here in Egypt and i heared that you have to be nominated by an employer sponsorship, it will not be only through skill select criteria.
Any agency would take care of your paper will also have to search for an employer for you.

What investment are you talking about? Time?
Skillselect is mandatory for skilled VISA and will give you a chance to be nominated by employers for temporarily VISA.
Skillselect is a free tool from DIAC (no charge at this stage).
