Hallo Everyone,

I'm Aldi, I'm a new comer in this forum. I'm a native Indonesian and I'd like to know your enthusiasm about Indonesian culinary and I'm wondering whether you have tried cook Indonesian dishes before?

Hello -Aldi,

I personally love it! I often describe Indonesian food like a mixture of chinese and indian food

But no never tried to make some.

Indonesian food is great to eat and fairly simple in my opinion to prepare. I enjoy cooking and have learnt to add chilli and garlic to most food. I also enjoy making my own sambal.

Indonesian Food is very fantastic food and good culinary in the world.

But I do not like its because I am vegetarian Only Gado - Gado and Ketoprak in Jakarta

several times with Soup , Green Soup , and Sweet Sour Soup
