I'm not getting access to "Send Message" option. Whenever trying to send a message it says, this functionality is not fully activated and I have to introduce myself first. I did. After that also the scenario is same. Kindly suggest.

Man I planned for a trip to Bangalore . though it got cancelled at last moment.
