Looking for US expat in Perth for book

Hi,

I am a freelance writer based in Melbourne and am writing a book for US migrants to Australia. For the chapter on living in Perth I would very much like to talk/ email with an American expat living and working in Perth, preferably a male working in the mining industry.

I would not ask you details about your work, but am looking for the personal experience of moving to Perth, why you went, how you like it, if you have family - whether they like it, advice for newcomers etc. Not many questions, but you will need to willing to be quoted in the book.

Please let me know if you are game, or if you might know someone who would be willing. Sorry to be asking for males, but I find that women are generally more willing to be interviewed, but for this chapter I really need a male voice.
