NEED INFORMATION PLZ HELP

Hello dear friends i'm jabar rana from pakistan sialkot..........

Brother i got a visa for Libya but its just valid for 30 days in pakistan then below write 90 days for akama i can't understand Arabic thats y ask you what is this?

my Agent ask its a compny visa but there is no name of company mention on visa............

so plz if anybody understand which i write then answer me thanx alot...........
