You could do time share plan thru resort, condo or house.
My concern is your 3 month. Is it strait full 3 month? or spread out over the year? Which 3month of the year? If is strait or pick time of the year than best option is resorts unless you are very lucky to have someone willing to give up 3 month as investment.
You have to figure out your 3 month than Google for "time shares".
You will have a lot a options to choose from.

If I located at FL, I might do it but I'm in Chicago.

hi alex,thanks for your reply..like i said i can only get a 3 month visa for visits to usa...i will go anywhere thats nice for 3 months continuos..if you have somewhere in chicago that would interest me,or you may know some one ...late spring,summer or early fall will be my choice..the actual dates are to suit whoever lets me their property,we want to use the 3 months to tour the area etc..maybe buy a condo/apartment
