Cost of Living in Dire Dawa

Friends,
I have an job offer for the Dire Dawa University as Lecturer, I would appreciate if some one enlighten me about the cost of living in Bahir Dar especially house rent (furnished or unfurnished), english medium school and fee, food bill for a month for a single or two.
