I just opened doors of new 3-bed modern villa in the highest point of Jimbaran with fantastic views over the island and ocean. You will feel like on top of the world.

The villa size is 515 sq. m. in 3 levels. Open living room with dining area, open style kitchen and pool deck are on the ground floor. Sliding doors lead to the swimming pool which is 10 meters long and up to 2 meters deep.

The master bedroom with en-suite wardrobe and bathroom is located upstairs as well as family room for 4 people with shared bathroom and balcony. A separate office with panoramic views from will warm up your creativity in a relaxing atmosphere.

All bedrooms are equipped with king size and extra king size beds with “King Koil” luxury mattresses and 100% cotton linen.

Villa available for weekly and monthly rent. It's a part of newly residencial complex and some construction works still present on site but can't be hear inside the house.

1.499 US$ / week before 24.12.09 include car with driver (8 hours / day), Wi-Fi, daily cleaning, satelite TV, towels, linen and drinking water.

3.700 US$ / any 30 days before 24.12.09 include all communications cost (electricity, land line, internet, satelite TV, water, drinking water) but exclude car.

Villa is booked since 24.12 until 25.01 and later since 04.04 until 30.04.
