SA working contract
Hi,
I am currently negociating my working contract with a South African Company. I read on the web that employers prefered to limit wages because of taxation in South Africa. They use a system of premiums paid directly to employees to increase their pay (transport allowance, housing, schooling, health insurance ...). Could you give me some other advices? Are there other important things to know?
Thanks for your feedback, hope we meet soon in RSA.
