Looking for flat or flatmates in Hanoi

Hi,

I am moving to Hanoi on November 19th and looking for either a shared or private flat in Hoan Kiem, or near by, for $300 or less per month. I don't need anything too luxurious, but would like AC, internet and access to a kitchen.

Cheers

Re: Looking for flat or flatmates in Hanoi

To whom it may concern.

My name is Khoa Le. I'm writing this email in response to your advertisement about your looking for a house to share in Ha Noi. I have a house in which i, my brother and a Malaysian man are living now. This is a 3 storeys house with full of furniture. My adress is 213D Hoang Mai street, it is a quiet, safe and clean area. My house has 3 bedrooms, 1 working room, 2 comfortable bathrooms, a living room, a spare and modern kitchen, and a big terrace. My New Zealand friend just finished her working contract here and came back her country so there is one available room now,. The rent is only 180$/month. This includes all the bills such as water, electricity and hygiene bills. Moreover, you can freely utilize other facilities such as washing machine, high-speed internet, refrigerator, kitchen...Be sure that you can use my house as yours. A little about the New Zealand woman, she took homestay in my house for more than three months. She taught English at the RMIT university. We are both friendly and open-minded. I do hope that you will enjoy my house, as my friend did.
If you need any further information or support, please don't hesitate to contact with me via phone +84 1254867688 or email : echiplekhoa@gmail.com

I'm looking toward to receiving your reply soon.
Thank you.

Your sincerely.
Khoa Le.
