Looking for a flatmates in KL Sentral

I have found the perfect apartment in Suasana Loft in Sentral but as the apartment is two bedrooms I am looking for a flatmate. The contract will be for a year with a get out clause for expats of 6 months.

The rent is around RM3000 per month, so around RM1500 each.

The apartment is beautiful, Fully Furnished and huge! Facilites include an infinity pool, a roof terrace, a rooftop gym, 24 hour security, it is 5 minutes walk to Sentral Station and all it's facilites.
