hair salon

I realize this is one of the least important questions on the forum but can anyone recommend what is the best hair salon in Milano for colour?  I am new to Milano and tried one salon.  They did not speak English and my Italian is not the best.  I was also the first red haired colour that they had done.  My confidence was not high...and hair turned out OK.
