Online phonecards?

Online phonecards?
Okay, I sure would love to be able to call the States more often. There are a ton of cheap phonecards available online (I used one when I was in China) but the problem is they seem to be for calls being made FROM the US to KSA, not calls being made TO the US from KSA!
Anybody know of a site where I can buy such a card? Please don't suggest Skype. I have already explored that possibility.
Also, what do any of you know about the 'magic jack' ???

Dear Alliecat,
When I lived in Riyadh I used Vonage and was very happy with it. I continue to use it here in the states as a 2nd line - in fact, I only have a landline with the phone company to supply my DSL. To me, the Vonage service was invaluable and affordable. Worth every penny.
I also have had Magic Jack and was not impressed at all with the quality. It's doable, but for me, it didn't provide a comfortable conversation (I don't like to shout while shoving the phone into my head to hear the person I am speaking with!)
