please give your comments on this offer

Hi everyone!
I am an Indian, living with my husband and kid in Netherlands now. My husband has got an offer to work in Graz, Austria, with a monthly sal of around 3200 euros. I want to get an idea of how much the monthly expenses in Graz would be for a moderate lifestyle. House rent, water, electricity and energy costs, insurance fees for all of us, transportation costs, etc. Also, approximately how much tax would he have to pay? And what are the fees for the biligual school?

How easy is it for me, as a dependent, to get a job (in software development sector) and work permit?

It would be great if you all could give me any info. Thanks!
