need info abt schools n Troyes,France.

i'm mrs rama muthukumaran 35 yrs old from chennai. i'm a housewife, my hubby is working in an industrial, auto chain manufaturing company as GM. His company bought another similar company in Troyes and my hubby's role is to intergrate both the company(Troyes- Chennai plants) so the process of settlement is on and we  may b likely to move to Troyes in mid of 2010. b4 that he alone may b visiting there twice r thrice.

   my daughter is now in class 8 of matric syllabus. and my son is in LKG. so i need to know abt  the education pattern there in France. also need to know about Troyes and its lifestyle. my daughter knows english, hindi, sanskrit. but which stream (medium) of instructions they have there. if its French, can we adapt that language? r there any other optional language we can choose from. we r totaly  blank. can u plz help us in this  issue. we dont know anybody else there in France. it'll b of great help if u give us info abt all these, r better if u connect us to some other tamil(indian) living in and around Troyes.
