expats in Ghent: I need advice

I am a dual-citizen (US/BEL) and I am considering moving back to Belgium. I lived there when I was younger, but my parents work took us to the states.

What should I do to prepare? How easy is it to find a job, apartment etc? Your advice would be so helpful. Thanks!
