I am moving out and need to find someone to take my place before the end of October. The apartment is shared with a girl who is staying in.

-    New construction (2 years old – I was the first tenant)

-    3rd floor – with elevator
-    2 bedrooms
-    Big bathroom + WC
-    Storage room
-    Fully equipped
-    Plenty of light
-    Very elegant – apart from the entrance door!

The room to rent has approx. 16 m2, a big bed, wardrobe, commode, a desk and a small balcony.

- Rent (per person) = €405 + bills

The furniture in the flat is mine and is for sale – price to negotiate when seeing the apartment.

= 5 minutes from Schuman – just on the other side of Chaussee de Louvain when you come from Boulevard Clovis (Sq Ambiorix)
