Moving to Noumea

hello all,

i am deepa , a doctor with 2 yo son from india. my husband has been offered a job in engineering. and he has moved to noumea last jan and is constantly askin me to follow him. i hav an established practice here in india and never been to a foreign country lest french speaking one.
i am apprehensive regarding a change in my career and childcare.
{my son has seizure disorder}.
could somebody help regarding
A.job oppurtunities for an english speaking doctor or even better a post grad teaching programme for me.
B. health care for foreigners and the procedures for my son if and when he has another attack
C. Tax deductions of salary for my husband and how much salary he should be getting for us to live as a family atleast without struggling
D. are there indians living there? mostly for food materials dat v eat , are there indian shops
