help..how to start new good career in germany

i finish b.s.-business administration major in management in the philippines and i have worked as bank employee for 3 years..now in germany i finished b1 and im thinking to pursue good career..is there anyone who have experience in germany pursuing career learned in the philippines or should i start studying again? how can i also know what level i have learned in the philippines when you compare it to german school system?
