Researching South African restaurant in London

Hi all.

I'm putting together a business plan to open up an authentic South African restaurant in London shortly.

I would like to hear from South Africans your top 5 either food, drink, experience, deco.. whatever you think a good South African restaurant should not be without.

here's mine:

Braaivleis
Something from the Pumpkin family
Durban or Cape Curry
Peppermint crisp tart
Smoked snoek pate

Happy to receive links / invites to South African Supperclub events and SA themed restaurants from other parts of the world..
