Healthcare in Cyprus

Hi

I am wanting to relocate to the beautiful island of Cyprus.  My only concern is that fact that I am a type 1 diabetic and depend on insulin injections.  Does anyone have diabetes and if so please could help explain how the health system works in Cyprus as I have done some research but am still unsure.
