KZ development level
2009 UN Human Development Report (with 2007 data) has Kazakhstan on the 82nd place.

It looks like the globe was divided into 4 worlds, with KZ being in the 2nd world with Russia and Belarus. The rest of Former USSR countries were put into the 3rd world.
