Schooling alternatives for expat

Hi my children age 15, 13 and 7 are planning to move to Guangzhou. Int'l school is unaffordable. Local school, I am afraid my children mandarin std is too low for them to catch at this age. Hope to find some answers from you out there. Thanks

Re: Schooling alternatives for expat

Local school is completely out of the question as they would need a certificate of origin for the city they will be studying in (only beijingers can go to school in Beijing) You might have to look at a "home schooling" option from your country. Sorry, but your options are VERY limited.

Re: Schooling alternatives for expat

I am in Durban SA and need someone to help source silk products to import to SA, would you be able to help me. I have already found the company in Beijing but need someone to physically look at the products, arrange samples to be sent and if you would be interested find other items to import.

Hi stephenbaker, I'm intersted. But I'm in Guangzhou. Does the suppliers have to be in Beijing? Maybe you can try Guangzhou. We have huge fashion and garment market in Guangzhou city. If you are interested, email me at huangfuzhi_steve@126.com
