Puricasablanca General Manager cannot be contacted!

I live in Puri Casablnaca for the last 8 years and I requested the their staff to connect me to their GM or requested for GM's telephone contact number. They are not willing to pass on this information! I have several grievances/comments to be informed directly to the General Manager! This is very strange apartment, especially these days everyone is looking for business by way of connecting customers!
