I am Aditi, we are planning to shift to Jakarta, we are looking for 2 BHK Apartment in South jkt, I will be getting 850 USD per month for housing..

Please suggest good apartment (non serviced) near GIMS for family of 3 members, with facilities like swimming pool + gym etc

If By GIMS you meant Gandhi International Memorial school, then it is not south Jakarta but Central Jakarta. And if you looking for a place near GMIS then I would suggest either of the places where you can find apartment as per your requirement stated above Kelapagading, The Boutique Apartment,Puri Kemayoran, Maple park.
