Physical therapy info needed (pediatric)
We are planning on moving to Costa Rica in 6-9 months. Our plan is to rent for a year and find out what area works best for us. I have a 2 year old with mild cp that needs physical therapy. I have not found anything on searches for physical therapists. I'm assuming San Jose would be the place to look. Perhaps I can find someone or an expat living in other parts? Any info would help! Thanks

You have a good plan - live here first, then decide if it is for you.
One friend had physical therapy following a hip replacement, via CIMA. So this makes me believe that most of the private hospitals could arrange for the appropriate therapy. In addition, many Chiropractors have physical therapists associated. You might also try some of the universities.
San Jose is the smart place to start your search - if you can't find it there, you most likely will not find it anywhere in CR.
