Relocation to Turkey

Dear Friends ,

I have a job offer at Corlu in Turkey and am seriously relocating my family consists of my wife and 2 kids 5 yrs and 2 months old . I need your views on the following

1:Are there good English schools in Corlu and is it good place for a family to live in considering school/medical and entertainment ( Malls / Movie etc )

2:Is it better to stay in Istanbul and travel if so
*Where is a good residential locality in Istanbul
*Good English medium school

3:what is the cost of living

*Appartment
*Eductaion
*Electricity
*House hold expenses for a week --Estimate

4:What is the means to tarvel from Istanbul to Corlu and the fare and time
