alberta vs québec

Hi i'm from québec, thinking of moving to alberta for a change of life.  I would like to know if anyone on this site comes from québec and has moved to alberta?
What is the difference in the cost of like from here. Easy to find a job?  For people that work with their hands and have experience in handworking jobs without a degree is there jobs in alberta?
