In Bangalore, i would say that some of the best place which are good, safe and cheap would be HAL airport road area, near Total Mall. Since HAL airport is no more functional, the rent has come down and you can get really good apartments for cheap rent. Lemme know and can help you out on the same. :-)
you can choose from any of the following places
JP Nagar, Jaya Nagar, HRBR layout, Kalyan Nagar
