I am at a turning point where I would like to relocate to Bali but have no idea where my best chances for finding employment are. I would like to go to a culinary school and work as a chef somewhere. I could teach English also if there is a need. I would like to hear from you if you have experience in working in the area.

Google searches will probably help.
Try strings such as "bali school native english esol tsol" and so on
Avoid any that require you to pay for anything.
Lots of con jobs around.
Salary in the worst is Rp5 million/month for long, usually unsociable hours.
Make sure they provide work permit and visa.
