Looking for Female (live-in) American (preferred), Brits-Ozzies Welcom
THIS IS A PRIVATE HOME SCHOOLING OFFER. PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY. AN EXCELLENT OFFER FOR SOMEONE LOOKING FOR STABILITY IN BANGKOK!
I am married with a Thai woman, we live in Bang Kapi, very nice area. Non touristy but an area loaded with high schools, colleges/universities (both government and private). Great location for teachers.
We have have a 4-bedroom house and are looking for a live-in aupair who will act as both teacher and mentor for our 5 year old daughter.
Conditions are very reasonable:
* Free boarding. You will have your own room.
* Free internet access and cable TV.
* Furnished.
* Located in quiet neighborhood but only 5 minutes to all the big malls and local schools.
Reponsibilities:
* 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Thursday (4 days a week, total 28 hours a week).
* Teaching curriculum to be provided, but will include:
English for Kindergarten level
Basic mathmatics
Introduction to American history
Some world history
Introduction to science
All supported by activities - you will have a free hand to introduce activities to support the weekly schedule.
ADVANTAGES:
* Of course, already mentioned, free board. You will have complete privacy and choice of room.
* Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays FREE. Saturdays and Sundays are EASY days to acquire work in other schools. On average, part-time teachers can earn up to 25,000 Baht part time working 6-8 hours each Sat/Sun.
* You are free after 3:00 PM. Possiblity to pick up other teaching work in the evenings.
We will additionally provide 4,000 baht a month for your work with our daughter.
