Indian Doctor In South Africa

I am a medical doctor. I have a MBBS degree from India. I am moving to south africa on a dependent visa. My spouse will study on scholarship in south africa.

I want to ask, can i get a job as a medical doctor in south africa? Is it easy to switch from a dependent visa to work visa? I have recently passed PLAB2 test in UK so i am eligible to register with UK medical council. Will it give me any help in getting a job in south africa? Do i need to pass any medical exams in south africa?

I will be thankful to you for any help in this regard.
