google is your friend. just type: "universities in romania" and voila, you will have a few million results.

each university website has got a dedicated section for international students and all the procedure is listed there.

you cannot possibly be south korean mate. i think you meant to write, you are in south korea and not from south korea eh?

uni life is essentially the same world over. you drink all night and party & smoke. wake up by 4 pm and do all that all over again. i would love to go back to uni days.

aleast in romania, you can pay your way out if you have poor attendance.

mate, bucharest for one is over filled with foreign students as most universities here offer all kinds of graduate and under graduate programs.

however i think its late now, as the new intake was on september. i advise you come to romania for a few weeks and visit the universities from the larger cities in bucharest, cluj, timisoara and see firsthand , what these uni's got to offer you for the next year.
