Which cities would be better for my services as a High End Spa Mobile

I currently live in the US in Los Angeles where I offer High End Anti-aging body and face treatments. I have been featured in magazines, TV (Oprah, The Craze with Melissa Rivers, CBS 2 News, KCAl 9 News, Live on the Red Carpet at the 2009 Golden Globes, Good Morning UK).
My clientele counts some celebrities and A-list people.
I always wanted to live in Spain (Andalucia in particular) but life decided otherwise.
Now I am seriously thinking of making the move but I need to know if I could be successful and which cities would be better fit for my work. How much would an apartment cost me, how much money should I come with to get started, where would I find some french people (I am french), etc...
Any info on how to make my move will be appreciated. Thanks.
