5 hours sight tour from Airport to Tokyo (from/to)

Hello,

My siter, her husband and her daughter(2 years old), are going to New Caledonia. They have 1 day stop in Narita Airport, they would like to have 1 day sight, but it's really difficult and expensive to find a french Guide with car. So, I need help from the french community in Tokyo, does someone have contacts, or can make this sight tour with them???
