salary package for expatriates

Hi,

My name is Daniel Baltus. I am 29 years old and have the opportunity to work for a company in Ohio as a Purchasing Manager in the rubber industry.
Being used to a Belgian salary I would like to know which expatriate package is the most interesting?

Important for me is health care for me and my girlfriend
A company car
1 flight back to Belgian/year
appartment payed but not necessary.

Is it possible to have a big amount in the local currency on a Belgian account and the rest in USD?

What other options are important?
