Full-Time Jobs

I'm trying to find a marketing job in Istanbul as I've lived and studied in the UK in London Metropolitan University.  I've studied International Business and Management and I've had work experience in London.  I worked in Qatar as a marketing brand manager for both TGI Fridays and Krispy Kreme. At the moment I'm a marketing specialist in an Investment company in Egypt.  I'm doing my MBA in marketing management in the University of Wales (Distance Learning). I tried applying to career websites like keryer.net etc, but I havent got any replies, people have advised me that jobs in Turkey usually come through word of mouth or contacts. I'm a very openminded, diverse person who loves experiencing and learning about new culture.  This is one of the main reasons I've decide to apply in Turkey.  Looking forward to hear back from you if you can help me out or know someone who can help me out.

Regards,
Ahmed

It might help wink

Re: Full-Time Jobs

Hello Ahmed,

First of all, sorry for my English. wink

And then, yes. Word of mouth is the way for recruiting in Turkey. But there is always a chance in carees sites but not like yenibiris.com or kariyer.net. Headhunters use Linkedin, mostly, especially for marketing & advertising positions. You can use Linkedin and search for headhunters, then add them to your network. Besides, the groups on Linkedin are so active for meeting people, it will work too...

By the way, March and April is an season for recruiting and new positions. Don't miss this months.

Good luck!
