Researching expat for new location

Kewl. We have looked at our finances and talked to our broker, we may make a move to BVI as early as November. We have lived in Puerto Rico for some time, before moving to Carolina; and traveled much of the world, so settling in BVI will not be much of an adjustment.  My attorney (intl. law) is looking into immigration and has a contact, so about all we have to do is load up the Tartan and go.

Any tips, advice, thoughts, even nay-says, are welcome.
