I can only share what I've read or seen on TV.
There are several good OB/GYN Dr's on St. Croix and several Gen Practioner's also who delivery babies and follow up.
There is one hosp here which I'm told has a good Labor and Delivery unit:  Juan Luis Hosp.
The VI is big on healthy babies and healthy expectant Mothers. They have a healthy babies program and also a Federal program called WIC: women, infants and children.
The WIC program gives expectant Mothers or Mothers who have given birth and their children help with healthy food, vaccines and education.
