I don't have kids but my sister in law has 5 and insists on driving from Rome to Napoli for all gyno and OBGYN appointments; will ask where/whom she frequents and get back to you.

I would be really interested in this information as well. We are expecting our first child (only a few weeks along) and will be moving to Naples in late April.
