That's private message from me not from agent. I'm originaly from Russia and was staying in that house last year and now move to Jimbaran to my own villa. It's nice place in the rich village compound with many expats. There are permanent staff - very friendly and helpfull (the best I have seen here). Of the reason of good relations with owner I want to help them to find new family for permanent living.

- 2nd separate bedroom without bathroom
- 2nd bathroom with shower
- spacious living room with window to the garden
- storage room
- open terrace in the garden with daybed
- spacious lawn for sunbathes or space for swimming pool
- parking for 2 cars
- garage for motorbikes
- staff quarter with kitchen, bedroom and staff bathroom
- independent water supply with tower and pump
- partly furnished (beds, table, daybeds, sofa)
- 2 A/C in bedrooms
- fridge
- telephone line with “Speedy” Internet access connected

2 permanent living staff (maid & gardener) with reasonable salary for your security and service.
