Help understanding new regulations for domestic workers (F24??)

Hi, I employ a cleaner 3 times a week, and she has asked my assistance in signing her up on these new regulations for "colf" and "badanti", eg a cleaner has to work 20 hours a week, 5 days a week for one employer. I can get all the info in Italian, but I am struggling to translate it into an English I can understand. Can anyone help?? Is anyone left in Milan???
